Shigure Ui is a multi-creator active in various fields, with two facets: an illustrator and a VTuber. As an illustrator, she has worked on illustrations for light novels and games, as well as character designs for VTubers. She has held solo exhibitions and published art books both domestically and internationally, gaining wide support for her high artistic skill and expressiveness.

The venue, spanning three floors, is divided into six areas corresponding to the elements that constitute Shigure Ui's activities, such as "/03_ CREATIVE_AREA" primarily showcasing illustrations and "/04_ MUSIC_AREA" displaying her music activities.
