At this time, following the representative selection trials (All-Japan Championships and NHK Cup) held in May, the club is starting a new system. This one-day event aims to build the foundation for a world-class team, looking towards the 53rd World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in October and the major stage in 2028, through experiential workshops that create "achievement" for all team members and individual athlete presentations.

"That determination I declared then, to 'grasp world number one' for the next world championship. I feel like it really happened exactly as in that presentation."

Shinnosuke Oka, who achieved three world titles in 2024, reflected on his moment of glory. One of the starting points for this was a training session held with our company four years before the world championships. At that time, Oka clearly envisioned "winning a gold medal" and declared to his teammates his resolve to pursue it "single-mindedly" and turn any adversity into "positive thinking."

Now, as a new system begins in preparation for the 53rd World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in October and the 2028 world stage, Tokushukai Gymnastics Club will conduct a 'Self-Declaration' workshop in this training to pledge their next future.

■ All Athletes Pledge Their Next Victory, Self-Declaration Builds Organizational Unity

The 'Self-Declaration' workshop, conducted by all athletes as the culmination of this training. The biggest feature of this workshop is treating future victory not merely as a "goal" but as a "fact" that will certainly be achieved. How did I feel at the moment of victory, and how did I face the competition? By declaring this in their own words, they rewrite their ideal future as a "fact that will definitely come true."

Through this process, individual determination is declared among teammates, and they accept each other. This process deepens mutual understanding and unity, forging an unshakable, monolithic organization.

■ One Day to Further Solidify the Organizational Foundation Towards Two Consecutive World Titles

This training will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2026, from 10:00 to 18:00 at the Tokushukai Gymnastics Club Gymnastics Arena. The participants are all athletes of the Tokushukai Gymnastics Club, including Mr. Oka and Mr. Sugino.

The first half will consist of a session reviewing Director Yoneda's message and the club's history and philosophy. The latter half will include experiential workshops to maximize team performance, in addition to the 'Self-Declaration' workshop, envisioning the next world domination. This will rebuild a stronger organizational foundation.

【Timeline of the Day】
1. Orientation (10:00~)
The training begins with a message from Director Yoneda. While reflecting on the achievements of the last season, a question "What does the team need now?" is shared for further growth, clarifying the goal of this training.

2. Touching upon the Club's History and Thinking about "Future Tokushukai Gymnastics Club" (10:45~)
Precisely because they aim for the higher goal of two consecutive world titles, they first return to the club's origins. While all athletes read the 'Corporate Design Book,' which summarizes the club's guidelines, they reconfirm the club's journey and philosophy based on Director Yoneda's message. Afterwards, they share their efforts and learnings from the past six months, and based on individual insights, everyone envisions "the future Tokushukai." This is a session to consider the club's past, present, and future.

3. Experiential Workshop to Enhance Teamwork (13:00~)
In the afternoon, all athletes will challenge an experiential workshop that requires a high level of teamwork. Through repeated challenges, everyone takes initiative and communicates with each other, fostering a sense of ownership where individual leadership connects to the team's greater strength, thereby gaining conviction for the organization to become monolithic.

4. 'Self-Declaration' Workshop in Presentation Format (16:45~)
All athletes will make a declaration of their resolve under the theme "My Challenge Carved into the History of Tokushukai Gymnastics Club." This is a time to connect individual determination to the unshakable commitment of the entire organization by declaring goal achievement in front of teammates.

5. Closing (17:45~)
A summary of the day's learnings will be conducted, and everyone will share their resolve towards becoming the world's best.
