AgriNode Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, hereinafter 'AgriNode') announces the conclusion of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on business collaboration with the General Incorporated Association for Agricultural Aviation and Agricultural Support Services (hereinafter 'NOSAKYO'). The agreement aims to provide AgriNode's farmer-oriented work delegation support system 'Hatasuke' as an OEM solution for the agricultural work matching platform that NOSAKYO plans to operate.
Under this agreement, both parties will proceed with discussions toward service launch, aiming to incorporate feedback such as AgriNode's proposals and opinions, requests, and challenges raised by other participants in NOSAKYO's subcommittees, forums, and workshops (hereinafter 'subcommittees, etc.') into the platform's matching functions, operational design, user guidance, and promotion strategies. Through this agreement, AgriNode will strengthen its collaboration foundation in the agricultural sector and further advance its businesses in work delegation matching, agricultural digital transformation (DX), and smart farming support.
【Background and Objectives】
In the agricultural sector, demand is increasing for systems that effectively connect farmers seeking to outsource work with capable operators, driven by factors such as a declining and aging workforce and the concentration of labor during peak farming seasons. However, challenges such as region-specific work requirements, operational constraints, and safety management issues hinder the widespread adoption of such matching systems.
AgriNode's 'Hatasuke' system, developed and provided for farmers, enables centralized online management of agricultural work registration, search, requests, acceptance, notifications, progress tracking, and evaluations. Under this agreement, AgriNode will OEM-provide 'Hatasuke' to the platform that NOSAKYO—possessing extensive networks and practical expertise in agricultural support services—plans to operate. By combining their respective expertise, both parties aim to contribute to the widespread adoption of agricultural work delegation matching and the strengthening of local agricultural foundations.
【Scope of Collaboration and OEM Provision】
Based on this MOU, both parties will primarily discuss, examine, and implement the following areas:
- OEM provision of 'Hatasuke' to the platform (clarifying scope, target functions, branding, screen layout, and operational structure)
- Design of the matching model for registration, search, requests, acceptance, notifications, progress tracking, and evaluations between work commissioners and contractors
- AgriNode's proposals, technical explanations, and case introductions at NOSAKYO's subcommittees, etc., and the collection, organization, and incorporation of feedback from other participants
- Clarification of key issues related to labor shortages, peak season management, task distribution, utilization of external personnel, and safety management in farming operations
- Planning of explanatory sessions, consultation meetings, and pilot projects involving farmers, agricultural organizations, local governments, companies, and agricultural support service providers
- Examination of potential utilization of subsidies, grants, government policies, and regional revitalization initiatives
