Academedia Japan Inc. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President: Shin Kikuchi) announced today that it will change its company name to ONLINE FACE Inc. and relocate its head office to Minato-ku, Tokyo, effective July 1, 2026.

This name change aims to unify the corporate brand with the brand of "ONLINE FACE," the next-generation e-learning system that utilizes AI identity verification, which the company develops and provides. This unification will further accelerate DX promotion in the fields of national qualifications, statutory training, and educational training, as well as the construction of a trusted infrastructure in the digital society.

In recent years, while online services have been advancing in various fields such as national qualifications, statutory training, corporate training, and reskilling education, challenges such as "Is the person actually attending?" and "How can fairness and reliability be ensured in an online environment?" have become apparent.

Since its founding, our company has continued to develop technology with the theme of "Realizing a reliable learning environment even online."

ONLINE FACE is an educational platform that utilizes proprietary patented technology and AI biometric authentication technology to continuously verify the identity of participants in online lectures and training, thereby preventing impersonation and fraudulent activities.
