It is a framework for extracting and organizing business contexts such scattered within an enterprise, such as meeting records, inquiry histories, business rules, knowledge, and judgment histories, and preparing them for AI agents to be used safely. While the business utilization of generative AI is progressing, many companies face challenges such as "what should AI refer to?", "what information can AI use?", "who updates and approves it?", and "how to maintain answer quality?". AolanaU addresses these challenges not by aiming to introduce a specific AI tool, but by providing support to ensure AI utilization moves beyond PoCs and becomes established in practical operations, through the diagnosis, design, maintenance, and operation of internal corporate contexts.

■ Background

The use of generative AI and AI agents, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and ServiceNow Now Assist, is rapidly expanding. However, information within enterprises is dispersed across various systems like ServiceNow, Box, SharePoint, Slack, Teams, Notion, Backlog, meeting minutes, FAQs, and inquiry histories, and is not yet in a state where AI can safely utilize it. To enhance the outcomes of AI utilization, not only the performance of AI models but also the quality of the business context AI refers to and its operational design are crucial. Furthermore, in enterprise AI utilization, it is important not only "what to make AI remember" but also "what to prevent AI from continuously referencing." If AI continues to refer to outdated business rules, judgments from finished projects, or knowledge whose scope has changed, it can lead to incorrect answers or flawed decision support. AGP emphasizes not only accumulating business contexts but also managing the freshness of information, accountability, approval status, and application status, to remove outdated or unsuitable information from AI's reference scope, thereby structurally suppressing the risk of incorrect answers and judgment errors.

Based on the AGP concept, AolanaU provides the following support:
