The SOLARIS BREATH Executive Committee (Organizer: AidoNix LLC) will hold the immersive sound and visual meditation event "SOLARIS BREATH - Particles of Light, One Breath -" at Konica Minolta Planetaria YOKOHAMA on Friday, May 22, 2026, fusing sound and visuals.

■ A New Sensation Meditation Experience at the Planetarium

At this event, AI-generated visual expressions and sound design merge within the LED dome planetarium environment, enhancing the audience's immersion through both visual and auditory senses.

It is a new form of meditation that uses the viewer's "breath" as an entry point, promoting a shift in consciousness solely through sound and visuals, without any guided narration.

■ First in Japan (*Note 1), Planetarium Screening of a Full-Length Work Utilizing Generative AI

A notable aspect of this event is that it is Japan's first project to screen a full-length video work, entirely produced using generative AI, in a planetarium.

The vibrant visuals by video artist AURORA AURA will be projected onto the "DYNAVISION®-LED" system, the only LED dome system in the Kanto region. With high brightness and a wide color gamut far surpassing conventional projector methods, the overwhelming information density and color beauty of the visuals will be reproduced across the entire sky.

In this work, AURORA AURA depicts "higher-dimensional worlds" and "otherworldly universes" that emerge through co-creation with AI.

This is a beautiful and unknown landscape that has emerged by touching the depths of generative AI's "Latent Space." Beyond superficial control by prompts, it extracts the mixing of AI's inherently non-human concepts and the boundary between order and chaos.

The visual experience, transcending human thought, projected onto the self-luminous LED dome, invites the audience into another dimension.

■ "Sound Characteristics" Based on Neuroscience and Acoustic Engineering

The sound resonating with the visuals is handled by musician and frequency researcher Lena Saito.

The experience design of this work is based on "breathing."

Breathing is the only part of the autonomic nervous system that can be consciously controlled.

Focusing on breathing calms the mind, creating a state where sound and visuals can penetrate deeper into the body.

The sound design incorporates the following technical characteristics:

Overtone effects of analog synthesizers: Rich overtones generated from rare vintage analog synthesizers deeply envelop the brain and body.

Neuroscientific approach: Joint research with neuroscientists on the effects of sound on the brain and pineal gland. Specific frequencies are meticulously arranged to guide the listener into a relaxed state (alpha to theta waves) through hearing.

Deep immersion through spatial audio: Maximizing the acoustic characteristics of the planetarium, the design allows sound to move and permeate the space, shifting the audience's consciousness from "outside" to "their own inner self."

■ An Unexplored Immersive Experience that "Updates Perception"

An unprecedented immersive experience guided by sound and visuals, with breathing as the entry point.

Here begins a new form of relaxation brought about by the fusion of inherent human primitive structures and cutting-edge technology.

The depths of expression guided by technology, and the deep silence beyond.

Please witness this paradigm shift in expression with your own eyes.
