No wheat flour, dairy products, butter, or white sugar used.

We aimed for a cake that is gentle on the body and can be eaten without guilt.

We use no white sugar or granulated sugar whatsoever, opting for muscovado sugar (unrefined brown sugar).

It has a low GI, is rich in minerals, has noクセ (strong distinctive flavor) and enhances the natural taste of the ingredients.

Our aim is not to "abstain from sweets" but to "choose" them, with a focus on each individual ingredient.

Acai is a superfruit native to the Amazon in Brazil.

It is rich in polyphenols, iron, and dietary fiber, known for its high nutritional value and a rich yet refreshing aftertaste.
