Sendata and Green Stamp Enter into Capital and Business Alliance Agreement

Sendata Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Keita Takahashi; hereinafter "Sendata") announced today that it has entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with Green Stamp Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Masahiko Kasuga; hereinafter "Green Stamp") effective June 30, 2026.

As part of this alliance, Green Stamp has acquired a portion of Sendata's issued shares.

Through the integration of data utilization and AI, both companies aim to enhance value in the marketing domain and create new business opportunities.

Background of the Alliance

While the amount of data accumulated by companies continues to increase year by year, many companies are unable to fully leverage this data for management and marketing decision-making. There is a growing demand not only to visualize and analyze data but also to derive insights and determine the next course of action from it.

Green Stamp, which has long supported customer data utilization and fan building, primarily in the retail industry, through services such as point programs and ID-POS analysis, and Sendata, which supports corporate data utilization in the BI and data analysis fields.
