With the recent news that "labor shortage bankruptcies" reached a record high of 441 cases in fiscal year 2025 according to a survey by Teikoku Databank, Gokinjowork aims to minimize the impact of social conditions such as rising costs for travel and labor, in addition to labor shortages, on companies by outsourcing ultra-short-term local tasks, thereby securing workers and reducing waste such as travel time.
Regarding the variability in quality, which was raised as a concern during outsourcing, we are establishing a system to perform work at the level required by user companies by expanding work manuals and implementing photo reports upon completion of work.
We will continue to strive to increase the number of workers nationwide and expand the scope of対応業務 (supported tasks) to minimize the effort required for ordering companies in matching, and we will enhance our services to become a partner that supports problem-solving.
